Disclaimer and Important Notices

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use speaksupgrade.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Speaksupgrade Concrete provides referral and marketing services and nothing more. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction work of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, not by Speaksupgrade Concrete.

Connection Is Not Approval

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

What you read on this site is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules change from one property to the next, so talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Any prices shown are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs vary with the job, location, materials, site conditions and design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits and Local Rules

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Staying Safe

Concrete work can involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from active work areas and fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Speaksupgrade Concrete may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy of Content

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, we do not warrant that every detail is complete or correct.
