How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Speaksupgrade Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Speaksupgrade Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by talking to the provider directly, and keep a written record of what is said.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware, though, that Speaksupgrade Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@speaksupgrade.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
